CHARACTER - SKILL - FELLOWSHIP
Players Code of Conduct:
I pledge to provide a positive attitude and be responsible for my participation in the South Jersey Lacrosse Club by promising to:
· RESPECT all aspects of the game of lacrosse, including myself, coaches, team moms, officials, teammates, opponents, team property and rules regardless of the behavior of others.
· Play for FUN, and not just to please my parents and coach.
· WORK HARD to improve my skills so I can put forth my best effort in every game and practice.
· Be a TEAM PLAYER and recognize the contributions each person makes to the team. NEVER do anything that in any way makes another team member feel badly about themselves.
· Learn and demonstrate TEAMWORK, SPORTSMANSHIP and DISCIPLINE.
· Be RESPONSIBLE for being on time and fully prepared to participate in practices and games.
· Learn the RULES and play by them. Always be a good sport and set a positive example for others.
· NEVER argue with an official’s decision.
